    Individual Therapy

    I offer sessions anywhere from 45-60 minutes. This is talk therapy for some, but we can also play games and incorporate your interests. Therapy can feel overwhelming and confusing with all of the therapy language out there. I will walk you through it all!

    Trauma and EMDR

    EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is a type of trauma therapy that helps you find relief from difficult past experiences. EMDR works to reprocess how your brain stores memory, leading to a longer lasting, deeper healing.

  • OCD and ERP

    Exposure and Response Prevention is a therapy modality aimed at targeting obsessive compulsive disorder symptoms. This is the gold standard treatment of OCD! ERP systematically targets obsessions and compulsions so that you can take back your life, free from OCD.

    Yoga and Meditation

    I have been practicing yoga since 2018 and it keeps me afloat most days! I am a 200-hour trained yoga teacher and enjoy incorporating meditation into our therapy sessions. I also offer private yoga and meditation sessions for a more focused practice.
